This Victorian featured house, only renovated just 2 years prior, was recently purchased by a client who wanted her style embedded in the home and to add more functionality for her growing family. The focus of this renovation was to update the bathrooms and kitchen and create a new upstairs living room. Whilst reasonable upkeep had occurred to the property, the 40 year old home was in need of new windows. From a design perspective, finishes to connect the rooms such as painting, hardwood sanding and finishing, cornices and cabinetry were also completed.
