Starting on a 7 acre property the dream for these clients was to create an outdoor oasis for their young family. With only an expired development application on the land indicating the house site and with 2 busy working jobs; we were able to step in and assist the client with all steps from council approval, house design, construction management and building approval. This large scale project took 12 months from first contact to complete which for the complexity of approvals and the building requirements was a great result.
